About the Company:



“Next Dimension Investment Company” seeks to embark upon a new business venture within the Tourism- Hotel Industry providing a customized and unique form of organized water sport activities for the hotel guest. This new venture is to build and maintain strong partnership mainly with the beach front hotel properties.



Phase 1 is forecasted to be launched June 1st 2010. The established deadline is to have a minimum of 3 to 4 contractual agreements with the hotels. This timeline will also involve a number of deliverables to ensure the product is properly packaged and ready for service by June 1st 2010. Over the next 6 to 8 weeks an aggressive strategy roll-out and implementation is expected



In this position the right candidate will…
Effectively utilize our Company’s strategy to ensure the company meets profit objectives through targeted prospecting of mid-size to large accounts:

•As a Business Developer you will be responsible for developing a new customer base
• You will focus on initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations
•A typical work week consists of office and field days including face-to-face contact with your prospective new accounts.

Note: Work schedule is flexible and not restricted to a 9 to 5 confinement. The hours are driven by key deliverables which is dictated by certain hours and time throughout any given day.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years successful sales experience
• Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and close deals
• Must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
• Strong time management skills a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of products, pricing, competition and sales objectives
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
• Industry knowledge a plus



Responsibilities includes:

· Planning, organization & scheduling interview meeting with perspective clients

· Research and correlation of industry data

· Preparing correspondence to perspective clients

· Sourcing and supply management

· Make ongoing recommendation to the proprietor on business development ideas

· Strategize and Implement marketing strategies via print, radio, Television etc…

· Administrative assigned task

· Other reasonable and related function assigned by the Owner

Compensation:

Largely driven by key accomplishment because of the nature of this project

Starting Salary commences at $200.00 (two hundred dollars) weekly

Bonus will be awarded on each contract that is established & Executed

As a range of the bonus structure:

(i.e. Category “D” hotel contract will be awarded a bonus of $300.00 (Three hundred)

Category “A” hotel will be awarded a bonus of $1,000.00 (Three Thousand dollars)
